SYNTHETIC SAND
Synthetic Sand is best value-for-money surface currently available in NZ (aside from natural sand), all-weather, low-maintenance surface suitable for all disciplines.
Synthetic sand looks like (and is the same size as 100s and 1000's) tiny, colourful sub-angular pvc granules.
Sand Analysis shows that it sits within the optimum range for sizing and stability for Jumping and Dressage arenas.
It helps to reduce the compaction of your existing surface, adds depth and softens impact.
Synthetic Sand is not just free draining, won't freeze, won't blow away, won't rot or go mouldy, won't turn to dust, and won't compact. It's also incredibly durable and long-lasting, providing you with peace of mind and confidence in your investment.
It mixes well with other surfaces, yet is more than suitable on its own for arenas, yards, round pens, or dry lots, and can also be compacted when mixed with other aggregates and can even be mixed with resin to give a fully binded but flexible and permeable surface for pathways, yards etc.
