100% recycled plastic sheeting - ideal for most equestrian applications, horse floats, horse trucks, stables, walls, partitions, gate or fence fill, round pens, wash bays, stable liners, dividers. 
 
Hard-wearing, strong, easy to clean, safe to water blast, not absorbent, dries fast, doesn't splinter, won't rot, has UV protectant, minimal maintenance, and, of course, recyclable at end of life.
Easy to join, or bevel to suit. Can be cut, screwed, nailed, stapled, drilled, plastic welded, bracketed, depending on the thickness and purpose, we can help suggest the best Tuffboard to suit. 
Note: This product does expand in hot weather and shrink back in cold, so fixing in hot areas like in direct sunlight, trucks and floats require a larger hole, it is recommended between 1.5-2.5mm. 
Fix to timber or ply with wood screws and a rubber washer or similar - something with flex. 
Fix to metal with sealed stainless steel countersunk rivets spaced at least 200mm apart on the outside edge and on the inside grid too. To avoid ripple in high temperatures or for areas to be water blasted etc also use a sealant.
We recommend for horse trucks and stables 12-19mm. Horse floats 6-9mm depending on the backing it is going onto. 
 
The only different product is the 19mm sheets these pulverised plastics are thermally bonded to produce a distinct outer layer with a foamed inner core to get the thickness without the huge increase in weight.
